2. Information, prices and availability

We aim to keep information, menus, prices and opening hours up to date. Our selection may change and dishes may sell out. Consumer prices are in euros and include VAT. Prices and any extra charges are made clear before you order or book; changes do not apply retrospectively to an already confirmed arrangement.

3. Reservations, changes and cancellations

You can reserve through the Zenchef booking service linked from our website. Check the date, time, number of guests and confirmation. Please report changes, delays or cancellations as soon as possible using the options in your confirmation or by emailing info@dedeegsmid.nl.

A deposit, cancellation charge or no-show charge applies only if it has been clearly disclosed and agreed with you in advance. This page does not itself introduce fixed cancellation fees or deadlines. We agree any additional arrangements, for example for groups, separately.

4. Allergies and dietary requirements

Tell us about any allergy or dietary requirement before ordering so we can discuss the options. Our kitchen handles various allergens; cross-contact and traces cannot be completely ruled out, including for gluten-free options. Ask our team for current allergen information. This does not affect our legal food safety obligations.

5. Website use and accounts

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information. Misuse, disruption and access to data or areas without permission are prohibited. Keep your login details confidential and report suspected misuse. An account grants access only to areas you are authorised to use.

Applying through this website is not a promise of employment. Staff arrangements and employment contracts are agreed separately. Website text, photographs and design are protected; reuse requires permission unless permitted by law.

6. Privacy and external services

Our handling of personal data is explained in our privacy policy. External services, such as Zenchef and Google Maps, provide their own terms of use. Our own obligations to you continue to apply.

7. Complaints and liability

If something is not right, speak to our team or email info@dedeegsmid.nl with a description of your complaint so we can work towards a solution. Liability is governed by law. These terms do not limit your statutory consumer rights.

8. Applicable law and changes

Our contracts are governed by Dutch law. Mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the law remain in place, including when you live in another country. Disputes may be brought before the court with jurisdiction under the law. New versions of these terms apply to new arrangements after being made available to you; existing arrangements do not change automatically.
